For products requiring extremely fine tolerances and surface finishes, we offer a range of Duplex Grinding and Honing Machines designed to meet these needs.

Duplex Grinding enables flat material to be ground on both sides at the same time, providing a faster process than traditional grinding, while maintaining overall flatness. This process accommodates items with an outside diameter range of 15mm to 225mm, depending on thickness (1.5mm and above). Standard grinding tolerances are 0.01mm, subject to material thickness.

For washers requiring precise hole tolerances, our Honing machines can achieve exceptional accuracy while enhancing the surface texture. Our honing equipment accommodates hole sizes from 10mm to 125mm, ensuring superior results for demanding applications.
